Tianyu Yu is now a graduate student of the Academy of Arts & Design in Tsinghua University, who is graduated from Creative Design and Intelligent Engineering (CDIE) program in Xinya College, Tsinghua University, minored in Music Engineering and Technoogy, and once interned in Media Lab, MIT. He has multiple backgrounds of information technology, industrial design and music. He likes both aesthetic works in the artistic world and rational thinking in the scientific world. His research interests include human-computer interaction (HCI), the combination of art and technology, music interface design. He loves music, likes piano and saxophone. He once arranged a few music pieces and rehearsed music performance for Student's Festival, and also engaged Tsinghua anniversary parade as a member of Tsinghua University Symphonic Band.
